 Numerous TAP compounds are in development by us and our collaborators. These include compounds for solid tumors and ones for hematological or “liquid” tumors. Each compound targets a different antigen, so the TAP compounds in development target quite an array of antigens. For example, IMGN901 targets CD56, trastuzumab-DM1 (T-DM1) targets HER2, and SAR3419 targets CD19.
