 Department: Translational Research Job Title: Sr. Scientist Description: ImmunoGen, Inc. is in search of a motivated Scientist to lead bioassay development and labeled proteins and antigen reagent efforts. Responsibilities will include leading a group of scientist and associate level direct reports to ensure the timely development of bioassays and needed reagents. This position offers the opportunity to participate in cross-departmental decision making and system-building. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the transfer of assays to Quality Control as well as assay performance monitoring, stability trending and trouble-shooting. Will also contribute to Regulatory filings as needed. Job Requirements: The qualified candidate will possess a PhD and 7-10 years of CMC experience specializing in the development of validatable bioassays for product release and stability testing. Experience with late-stage submissions would be desirable.
