Job Title: Research Associate - Discovery Research

ImmunoGen, Inc. is seeking a research associate with experience in cell biology and/or immunology to join the Discovery Research Department. The candidate is expected to develop and optimize cell based and flow cytometry based assays. Specific responsibilities include maintaining cell cultures, performing flow cytometry analysis, functional in vitro assays and ELISA.

Job Requirements:
A successful candidate should have a B.S. degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Prior experience with mammalian cell culture and cell based assays is required. Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a larger team are essential.
