Job Title: Research Associate - Biological Evaluations

Description:
ImmunoGen, Inc. is in search of a motivated, team-player to join our Biological Evaluations department. Primary responsibilities will include the development and implementation of cell based and immunochemical assays to be used to support research and development of TAP cancer therapeutics. This involves the development of GLP compliant assays with appropriate robustness for 1) use in evaluating potency and stability of clinical material during process and formulation development and product lot release 2) use in evaluating clinical samples to establish pharmaco-kinetics and potential pharmacological and biometric response parameters in treatment in humans with naked antibodies or immunoconjugates. This position is also responsible for the generation of data from sample testing, preparation of written and oral reports, and support of laboratory activities and documentation needs.

Job Requirements:
The qualified candidate will posess a BA in Biology or Biochemistry related field with 2-4 years experience performing routine ELISA, FACS and /or cell based cytotox and functional assays.
