 Department: Translational Research Job Title: Sr. Research Associate - Bioassay Development Description: ImmunoGen, Inc. is in search of a highly motivated Research Associate to join our Bioassay group. Primary responsibilities will include the development and implementation of cell based and immunochemical assays to be used to support product development of antibody-conjugate cancer therapeutics from late research through clinical testing and licensure. Job Requirements: BA or MA in Biology or Biochemistry related field with 5-8 years experience developing and performing ELISA, Flow Cytometry and /or cell based cytotoxicity assays or functional assays (ADCC, CDC, FcR receptor binding). Good analytical skills (e.g. Prism, Excel, Softmax Pro, Parallelism assessment, JMP), report writing and communication skills are essential as well as attention to detail.
