From Logan Airport
Follow signs to I-90W, which will take you through the Ted Williams tunnel and onto I-90 W (also known as the Massachusetts Turnpike or Mass Pike). Proceed west approximately 13.5 miles to Exit 15. Take Exit 15 to head north on I-95 (also called 128). Proceed approximately 4.9 miles to Exit 27B. Take Exit 27B and loop around to the right on to Wyman Street. Stay right on Wyman Street - it now has a right lane exit that will put you on to a bridge heading west on Winter Street. This will take you over I-95/128 and then another lane will come in from the right.

When it is safe to do so, work your way into the right-most lane so you can easily go straight through the next two traffic lights and continue straight on Winter Street. (Winter Street comes down from two lanes in each direction to one lane in each direction.) Drive past the entrances for "Reservoir Woods - East Campus" and for AstraZeneca and follow the road around to the right. Turn left at the next major road, which is marked with a small sign saying "830-890 Winter only" and then has large stone signs saying, among other things, "Waltham Woods Corporate Center". Proceed up the hill to the first street on the left (there's a large sign on this corner for 850 Winter Street). Take this left. Then take the next left to enter the parking area for 830 Winter Street. Stay straight on this road until you see the main entrance and visitor parking signs.

From I-95/128 heading South
Take I-95/128 South to Exit 27B and bear right onto Winter Street. Stay on the right-hand side of Winter Street through the intersections. Continue along Winter Street approximately 1.1 miles - go past the entrances for "Reservoir Woods - East Campus" and then for Astra-Zeneca. Turn left at the next major road, which is marked with a small sign saying "830-890 Winter only" and then has large stone signs saying, among other things, "Waltham Woods Corporate Center". Proceed up the hill to the first street on the left (there's a large sign on this corner for 850 Winter Street). Take this left. Then take the next left to enter the parking area for 830 Winter Street. Stay straight on this road until you see the main entrance and visitor parking signs.

From I-95/128 heading North
