Job Title: Temporary Clinical Administrative Assistant

ImmunoGen, Inc. is in search of a temporary Clinical Administrative Assistant. The qualified candidate will be responsible for assisting the Clinical Operations group in the administration of clinical trials.  This temporary position is expected to last 3-4 months with a possibility of turning permanent.  


  • Assists Clinical Manager/Director in the day-to-day administration of clinical studies
  • Participates as a member of a cross functional clinical study team
  • Sets up and maintains paper and electronic clinical central files for studies, and correctly identifies all regulatory documents
  • Ensures site regulatory documentation is current and complete and communicates document status to CRAs and investigational sites as necessary
  • Maintains study contact lists for Investigators and vendors; performs mass mailings
  • Coordinates ordering, distribution, and re-supply of clinical materials and supplies to investigational sites
  • Takes and distributes meeting minutes at all clinical meetings
  • Compiles and ensures currency of study-related binders including Investigator, Pharmacy, and Laboratory manuals
  • Maintains biological sample tracking procedures and systems
  • Will assist with booking travel, keeping calendars and scheduling appointments for the department as necessary


  • The qualified candidate will possess an Associate degree 1 year of Clinical Operations experience (Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Doctor’s office or CRO environment).
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications. 
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and posses the ability to multi-task and work independently. 
  • Past monitoring experience and knowledge of the clinical development process is desired.
